District/Agency Move-in Instructions

Location:  Salem Convention Center (SCC)
200 Commercial St. SE, Salem, OR 97301

Unloading:  Load in/out is through the loading dock off Trade Street or from the SCC parking garage.

Parking: Parking at the Salem Convention Center and near-by lots is FREE. Click here for more information.

Badges:  OPEF show badges are required for entry into the Salem Convention Center and interview rooms.  Recruiter badges are issued in district/agency/ESD/college/etc. name only.  Be sure to wear your organizations branded name tag.  If you are splitting a shift and need to share the badge with a colleague, please return the badge to the Exhibitor Will Call for them to pick up.  The number of district personnel onsite at any one time may not exceed the number of badges provided or purchased.  Additional recruiter badges may be purchased at the registration desk.

Interview Tables :  If you are one of the many districts with reserved space for interviews at the Grand, please plan to bring appointment slips if desired.

Food Options at SCC: There will be a variety of Salem’s best food trucks onsite. In addition, there are many restaurants within walking distance to the Convention Center.

Recruiters Lounge:  On Thursday, recruiters are invited to drop by the Recruiter’s lounge in the Pringle Creek room (located on the second floor) for a hot beverage all day and water on tap.
