District/Agency Move-in Instructions

Location:  Oregon Convention Center, 77 NE MLK Jr Blvd, Portland.  OPEF is in Halls D/E.

See the following helpful links.  You may unload materials using Drive-Up Dock D or from the parking garage.  Bring a hand truck or cart to help expedite the move as these are very limited onsite.

OCC Directions and Parking  Daily cost to park is currently $12.  
Move-in Move-Out Information  During move-in there will be an Exhibitor Check-In Desk at the back of the hall for booth location and general information.  Badges will be distributed in the PreFunction Area in the lobby outside the halls at Exhibitor Will Call.  Please only claim badges for your team members who are currently onsite.

Badges:  OPEF show badges are required for entry into the exhibit hall and interview rooms.  This year recruiter badges will be issued in district/agency/ESD/college/etc. name only.  Be sure to wear your organizations branded name tag.  If you are splitting a shift and need to share the badge with a colleague, please return the badge to the Exhibitor Will Call for them to pick up.  The number of district personnel onsite at any one time may not exceed the number of badges provided or purchased.  Additional recruiter badges may be purchased at the registration desk.

Interview Spaces or Rooms:  If you are one of the many districts with reserved space for interviews in the D/E/F meeting rooms, please plan to bring appointment slips if desired.

OCC Eateries: In addition to onsite options, there are restaurants within walking distance of the convention center. There will be tables in the exhibit hall for eating and relaxation. Bring a refillable water bottle as there are numerous fill stations throughout the Halls.

Recruiters Lounge:  On Wednesday, recruiters are invited to drop by the lounge in Hall D for a hot beverage all day and water on tap.
