District / Agency Refund Policy

OPEF event registration may be canceled by emailing karen@oregoneducatorfair.org for a full refund minus a $100 cancelation fee via the original method of payment if received by 12 noon PST on March 18, 2024. Cancelation notice received after 12 noon PST, March 18, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.

If a District / Agency has purchased a booth and unable to attend or cancels after the refund eligibility period, they will still have access to OPEF’s candidate pool that will include both in-person and virtual candidates’ with their video interview, resume and contact information plus access to the InterviewStream platform to facilitate virtual interviews. In addition, their physical booth space will be reserved in the event a district is able to attend the event in-person.
