OPEF’s partnership with interviewstream—an online platform—provides Exhibitors an innovative way to review Candidate qualifications and initiate good-fit Candidate booth visits before event day. In 2022 and 2023, several Exhibitors that emailed and engaged with Candidates prior to the fair realized dramatically more booth traffic.
OPEF’s Candidate Database Gives Early Access to Exhibitors
All registered OPEF Candidates are invited to submit a short video interview, resume, and contact information, which is grouped by professional area(s) of expertise in the OPEF Candidate database, hosted on the interviewstream platform.
How to Access OPEF’s Online Candidate Database
Early access for Exhibitors is tiered by district size to help make the review process equitable for organizations with fewer employees. Exhibitors will continue to have access to the OPEF Candidate database for 30 days following the fair.

OPEF will notifiy you via email on when and how you can access the OPEF Candidate database using your interviewstream login credentials.
Early access is a short window of time, so planning is essential to maximize your opportunity to initiate good-fit Candidate visits to your booth.
Email good-fit Candidates and invite them to visit your booth on fair day.
Note: Candidates’ email can be found in their interviewstream requisition profile located in OPEF’s Candidate database.
